Kuro Deko is a Tokyo, Japan band formed by Jesus Salinas and Elliot Cormack. Jesus contacted me to design their new band logo, inspired by the electro-punk scene of the '80s with references to Tokyo's music and visual scenes. The solution was a custom wordmark featuring criss-crossed letters and sharp endings to evoke an electro-punk vibe.
