END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Licensee" or "you") and Diego Negrete, doing business as Stundra ("Stundra" or "we").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the digital typeface software ("Fonts"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, do not purchase, download, install, or use the Fonts.

1. Grant of License

1.1. Standard License: Upon purchase, Stundra grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Fonts as specified herein. This Agreement does not grant you the copyright to the design of the Fonts, but only the right to use them according to these terms. 1.2. Desktop Use: This license permits the installation and use of the Fonts on up to five (5) computers (desktops or laptops) belonging to a single individual or organization ("Licensee"). 1.3. Web Use: This license grants the Licensee the right to embed the Fonts into one (1) website domain using the @font-face CSS rule. There are no pageview limitations for the licensed domain. The provided web font formats include WOFF, WOFF2, and EOT. 1.4. Extended Licensing: For licensing needs exceeding five (5) users or one (1) website domain, please contact Stundra at hola@diegonegrete.mx for an extended license quote.

2. Permitted Uses and Restrictions

2.1. Archival Copies: You may make one (1) backup copy of the Fonts for archival purposes only. This copy must be kept secure. 2.2. Restrictions on Use: You may not: a. Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, give away, or otherwise publicly or privately share the Fonts, or any modified version of the Fonts, with any third party. b. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Fonts. c. Use the Fonts outside the scope of the purchased license (e.g., in mobile apps, e-books, or for broadcast) without obtaining a separate license.

3. Customization Services

While you may not modify the Fonts yourself or commission a third party to do so, Stundra offers full customization services for all of our typefaces. If you require modifications, from single glyph additions to entire family expansions, please contact us with your request for a price quote.

4. Trial Fonts

Stundra may offer trial versions of the Fonts ("Trial Fonts"). Trial Fonts contain a limited character set and are provided for internal testing and evaluation purposes only. All restrictions outlined in this Agreement apply to Trial Fonts, and they may not be used for any commercial or public-facing projects.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, in and to the Fonts are and shall remain the exclusive property of Stundra and Diego Negrete. Any rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Stundra.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Fonts are provided "as is." Stundra makes no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. While we will provide reasonable support to address technical difficulties, we do not guarantee that the Fonts will work perfectly on every platform or operating system. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Fonts is with you. Stundra shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Fonts.

7. Purchase and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. All transactions are processed in USD through our payment provider.

8. Termination

Any breach of the terms of this Agreement by the Licensee shall result in the immediate termination of this license. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Fonts and destroy all copies, including archival backups, in your possession or control.
